Renu upset with Pawan?

Power star Pawan Kalyan is undoubtedly one of the most favorite actors of Tollywood, irrespective of caste, creed and gender. Everybody knows that he is very choosy about his films and whatever roles he does; he puts his heart and soul into it.
But very few people know that Pawan is also a very emotional and kind-hearted person and will readily come forward to the help of people in crisis, even at the cost of his own happiness.
Sometime back, there were rumours in the media that he had differences with his wife Renu Desai and that she was living separately. Though Renu immediately condemned the rumours, the hush talk continued for a long time.
According to reliable sources, there were indeed some differences between Pawan and Renu, but not for very serious reasons.
The differences were about Pawan’s helping nature. It so happened that his brother Nagababu suffered heavy losses when his film Orange bombed at the box office. As he was very much worried about losing such huge money, Pawan came to his rescue. He sold out his farm house and helped Nagababu to clear a few debts. He did more or less similar thing when “Gudumba Shankar” flopped.
And that had naturally irked Renu Desai. She reportedly argued with Pawan Kalyan as to why he should dispose of his property for someone else’s debts due to unplanned acts. That led to minor differences between the two. It is a different matter that they got the issue sorted out later, but that was the fire that led to the smoke.

Parvathi replaces Priyamani against Balayya

When Parvathi Melton was reportedly ousted from the project with Mahesh Babu, the red wine beauty went off the radar. Some even said she packed her bags and quit Tollywood. However, she got back and that too with a vengeance. Her item song ‘Poovai poovai…’ in ‘Dookudu’ gave the film a lot of fuel at the box office.

Now, the heat she generated seems to have struck none other than Nandamuri Balakrishna. News is that Balayya’s next project with director Ravi Chavali was to have Priyamani as the leading lady. Apparently, the makers thought her chemistry with Balayya in ‘Mitrudu’ was good. However, after few days it was heard that Priyamani was not taken due to ‘date issues’.

Well, inside sources say the real reason for that is Balayya. Apparently, the Nandamuri star has reportedly gone for Parvathi as he felt that it is time for a new pair to be seen onscreen. As for Parvathi, the pretty girl has reportedly mentioned that this is a wonderful opportunity for her to flaunt her beauty and talent. Let us hope she scores another success with it and silences all her critics

Naresh-Nani guarantee returns at the Box Office

These are the days when the biggest of heroes cannot guarantee success once the film is out of their hands and reaches the theatres. So, it is important for any producer to ensure that his investment is recovered and that too with profits. Hence, they look for heroes with market value.
According to an analysis done by the filmnagar folks, it is heard that only two names stand tall. They are Allari Naresh and Nani. It is heard that they are being tagged as the best bets when it comes to Minimum Guarantee heroes. So far, their career record and box office graph has been very healthy.

The analysts say “Both Naresh and Nani have strong acceptance in the B, C centres. Moreover, the flavour of comedy they generate is natural and connects well with the masses. They work in cost effective projects and focus more on the scripts. Their fundamentals are strong and that’s what gives them the success.”
