T-Congress MLAs in dilemma

More than anybody else, the no-confidence motion has put the Telangana Congress legislators in a piquant situation. There is a fear among a section of them that they could be branded as enemies of Telangana if they do not support the no-trust motion.
The reason is that the Telangana Rashtra Samithi has been projecting the no-confidence motion as a means to protest against the delay in creation of separate Telangana state. It has been making public statements that any vote in favour of the Congress government would be seen by the people of Telangana as a vote against the statehood cause.
“The pro-government voting will be viewed as supporting the betrayal of the statehood cause,” the TRS sources said. This has put the T-Congress MLAs in a fix. They can neither jettison the statehood cause nor can they afford to defy the party whipe and face disqualification from the Assembly.
The TRS Chief K Chandrasekhar Rao has already gone on record, appealing to all MLAs from the Telangana region, irrespective of their party affiliation, to vote in favour of the No- Confidence Motion against the Kiran Kumar Reddy Government which is responsible for the delay in creation of separate state.
“The Chief Minister has been using coercive methods to suppress the Telangana agitation and therefore, he must not be allowed to continue in power,” KCR said.

and KC CircaR's maaya continues...

KCR has a knack of mesmerizing his people like a magician. His revelation about Sonia Gandhi conducting a survey in Telangana to find out the ‘ground reality’ is the latest breaking news from the TRS chief.
According to Namaste Telangana, KCR claimed that Sonia was not ‘convinced’ with the reports from the state government or the governor on Telangana issue. So she has sent her own men – 600 of them – to various Telangana districts.
KCR also told them that the decision on Telangana is likely in the budget session of the Parliament in February.
The Telangana leader also knowingly said that Chandrababu would be finished following the CBI inquiry. They have enough material to nail him.
The pink boss, indeed, knows how to keep his flock in continuous trance over the inevitability of separate Telangana, just like the ‘second coming’ of Christ.
However, not many even in Telangana seem to be convinced by his pep talk. One comment to the news in Namaste Talangana said, “Pittala Dora”. Another said KCR is back to his hypnotics.
